Mobile Game Troubleshooting: Android and iPhone Guide
A blank game window, an expired session and a failed payment are three different problems. Repeatedly refreshing everything can make them harder to separate. First note what failed and whether a paid round or transfer was already in progress.
Preserve a pending round before changing settings
If a round or payment may be unsettled, capture the message, title, time and any available reference. Do not place another bet or repeat a transfer as a connectivity test. A frozen animation does not prove that the server cancelled the transaction.
This guide covers browser diagnosis, not account recovery or a method to bypass access restrictions. A restriction or certificate warning is a reason to stop and verify the site, not to search for a mirror or disable browser protection.
Which part is failing?
Compare the failing page with an ordinary page you already trust. You do not need to sign in somewhere new or make a payment to identify whether a browser can load a page.

Android: update the browser before clearing data
Google’s Chrome guidance starts with browser updates and also covers JavaScript, connectivity and cached site data. Install Chrome updates through Google Play, not through a download prompt on the failing page. Menu labels can differ by Chrome and Android version.
After preserving any pending-round details, check whether JavaScript has been disabled for the site. Only consider changing that setting for an address you have verified. If unrelated pages also fail, resolve the connection problem first. Clearing cookies cannot repair a disconnected network.
iPhone: separate Safari trouble from one-site trouble
Apple recommends checking connectivity and restarting the device when Safari cannot load pages. It also documents JavaScript and website-data settings. On current iOS versions these are under Settings, Apps, Safari; older versions may organise the menu differently.
If normal pages load and only one site fails, the evidence points to a narrower problem, not necessarily a defective phone. Keep the error wording and contact that website through its established channel. Do not disable privacy protections or change networks to get around a gambling restriction.
Website-data removal is a later step, not the first one
Removing cookies or site data can sign you out and remove preferences. Before doing it, keep the evidence you need and make sure the account’s normal recovery method is available. Use the browser’s official instructions and the narrowest suitable scope; do not erase passwords, all browser history or unrelated site data by default.
For a useful technical report, include the device model, operating-system and browser versions, exact title, time of failure, message text and whether other pages load. State what you already tried. Keep account secrets and documents out of screenshots. A developer can investigate a reproducible symptom more effectively than “nothing works”.
Common questions
Will reinstalling the browser settle a missing round?
No. Reinstallation is not a settlement tool. Preserve the round reference and ask the operator to confirm its status.
Should I install an APK offered by the error page?
Do not use an unverified download as a troubleshooting step. Obtain browser updates from the established app store.

Change one thing at a time
Record the symptom, preserve unsettled activity and test the smallest relevant change. Stop when the problem concerns access restrictions, account security or money rather than page loading.
